Small and mighty she was even at weeks old, and as I have watched her grow she is not only still small and mighty… but fierce! I love her free spirit and willingness to explore… I could not have picked a better spot to take her for her photographs! After about an hour of shooting in some beautiful little spots at this location.. we found an unexpected surprise.. its so funny, because right before I left I happen to grab an additional outfit to take a long and some beautiful boho pieces by my dear friend and fabulous designer Sweet Penelope Knits.. As we were walking along a path heading towards the other end of the location, a perfectly designed authentic fort right there in the woods with spectacular backlighting.. the silhouettes were just fantastic.. and this little one seemed to be right in her element, collecting pine cones and tickling us with tree branches as she giggled away another good hour while i snapped endless photographs of her.. I took a little different direction with how I processed these images…based on the mood that was felt at that moment, I wanted to make sure you experienced the little been of heaven I did!
