Pink Balloon
This is what is wonderful about Valentines Day…the message that it sends..
Okay, so here is a personal post that i just had to share… I wish my very dear friend could tell the story because I will be very say if I leave out any detail…I will try my best..So here goes…
My friends son goes to school with my youngest daughter. They are best buddies … anyway, when Grant and his mom started working on their valentines for school, Grant says to his mom, ”I just want to give a valentine to Grace” …after a few times explaining that he cant just give one Valentine.. he has to give everyone a valentine so noone has hurt feelings.. Grant agreed that everyone would get a valentine at school but Grant would be bringing a special valentine to Grace’s house..
After some time had passed and all on his own..Grant came back to his mom with an idea of what to give Grace.. his idea was a “Pink balloon!” … So on Valentines Day morning, the doorbell rang and there was Grant with his Pink balloon and my daughter blushing knowing it was for her! Here our a few snapshots of this sweet little moment between two three year olds..! (If only they could hold onto those sweet romantic moments when they are adults!
Grant…you are too cute.. Thanks for making Grace feel extra special this Valentines Day!… Nat this ones for you..hopefully a happy read for a lousy day.
